Traditional two layers paper towel and paper tissue is embossed combined,to make sure finished products won’t be layered the embosss must deep on the surface of the paper, so after embossing,paper towel feels a bit stiff when used，However, due to technical limitations, it cannot be improved. Glued paper tissue and paper towel is a little hard to make, Because if not handled properly, the mother paper will stick to the embossing roller，it’s a real big common trouble for manufacturers, once the mother paper stick to the embossing roller,it will take about 1-2 hours to clean it up. it costs much time.
I have also forgotten about when the concept of glued tissue was put forward,on 2016,when the first pack of glued V Fold Napkins was produced, I held it in my hands, and I thought this new product was really awesome. First of all, double-layer paper tissue products will never be layered, because they are tightly glued together. Second, the appearance is more beautiful than the traditional embossed paper towel products.Third, when we using it, it feels very soft and doesn’t feel as hard as traditional embossed paper products.
Up to now, we have successfully developed glued N-fold paper hand towel,V-fold paper hand towel, ultraslim paper hand towel,roll towels and napkins. we recently developping glued toilet tissue and center pull paper hand towels. Once we finish our job I’ll upload them here. I’m looking forward to it, too.
