We have a customer in USA, he has a business in his location. he supplys Hand roll tissue to his customers.But he has a trouble all the time, another competitor always grabs his business,this made him very upset. he asked us for a solution.

After talking with him, we came up with an idea. if you want to ensure your customers only use your products, you must have something special which your competitors don’t have,this is the key! we develop a special roll tissue for him on the other hands cooperate with dispenser supplier develop a new dispenser.

Then he followed my ideas purchased a lot of dispensers and send these dispensers to his customers for free. The direct result is——only his roll tissue can be used in this kind of dispenser. if someone else wants to grab his business sell roll tissue to his customer they have to pay money to repleace all the dispensers. the cost is very large, so his competitors didn’t grab his business any more. of course we only support this item to him in his location. So far In this industry, only we can make this item. This is a very classical case.
